Our DevOps plans provide tailored support based on your organization’s needs, from startups just getting started to established companies requiring advanced infrastructure.

What are the differences between the pricing plans?

Our plans are designed to scale with your business needs:

Starter Plan: Ideal for founders and small teams, with essential support, quarterly strategy calls, basic monitoring, and up to 5 DevOps requests per month.

‍Growth Plan: Designed for growing companies needing higher support levels, including monthly strategy calls, bi-weekly reports, advanced monitoring, and up to 15 DevOps requests per month.

‍Growth Plus Plan: Tailored for larger organizations, this plan offers weekly strategy calls, real-time monitoring, application performance tuning, and up to 25 DevOps requests per month, along with top priority support and continuous cloud cost optimization.

What is a Devops Request?

A DevOps Request is any task related to managing, configuring, or optimizing your infrastructure. Requests can include setting up new servers, provisioning cloud environments, scaling up infrastructure, implementing monitoring tools, configuring CI/CD pipelines, connecting a new domain, setting up SSL certificates, and more. Each plan includes a specific number of requests per month: up to 5 for the Starter Plan, 15 for the Growth Plan, and 25 for the Growth Plus Plan. Requests can be submitted through our streamlined request form, ensuring they are categorized, prioritized, and assigned to a specialist. For requests beyond the monthly limit, we offer an Ă  la carte option or the flexibility to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

How long do I have to commit for?

All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. We also offer a 10% discount for clients who choose an annual commitment of 12 months, which provides cost savings and continuity of service.

Who can benefit from a DevOps as a Service plan?

Our DevOps plans are suitable for startups, scaling companies, and large organizations. Whether you’re just starting with basic infrastructure or managing complex, high-traffic applications, our plans provide the right level of support to match your business needs.

Say I need to set up a new domain, server, or scale up my infrastructure, how do I request new services?

You can submit a request directly through our support portal or contact your account manager. Depending on your plan, you can make a certain number of DevOps requests each month. Additional requests beyond your plan’s allowance are available on an à la carte basis or by upgrading your plan for more capacity.

What’s the difference between response time and resolution time?

Response time refers to how quickly we acknowledge and start working on your request. Resolution time is our target for fully resolving the issue. For example, in the Growth Plus Plan, we respond within 12 hours and aim to resolve issues within 6 hours. Higher plans offer faster response and resolution times.

How do strategy calls work, and why are they important?

Strategy calls help us align our support with your evolving business goals. During these calls, we review your DevOps needs, address challenges, and plan infrastructure improvements. The Starter Plan includes one call per quarter, the Growth Plan includes monthly calls, and the Growth Plus Plan provides weekly calls to ensure ongoing alignment.

What level of support is available for urgent issues?

All plans include priority support based on the plan tier. The Starter Plan provides standard priority, the Growth Plan includes high priority, and the Growth Plus Plan offers top priority with instant escalation for critical issues, ensuring your requests receive immediate attention.
